2.1 By registering an Account with dk777, depositing funds, placing any bet, or accessing any game or feature on the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their current version, including any documents incorporated by reference.
2.2 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting dk777 support.
2.3 dk777 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via SMS to the registered mobile number or via a notice displayed within the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3.1 Age Restriction. The dk777 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform. This restriction is enforced by mandatory CNIC-based identity verification. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.
3.2 Jurisdictional Restriction. You represent and warrant that your access to and use of the dk777 Platform is not prohibited under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of access. dk777 does not accept liability for any Player who accesses the Platform in violation of local laws.
3.3 Legal Capacity. You represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not acting under legal incapacity, guardianship, or a court order that would restrict your ability to enter into contracts.
3.4 Self-Exclusion Status. You represent that you are not subject to a self-exclusion order imposed by dk777 or any other gaming platform to which you have applied for self-exclusion. Opening an Account in breach of an active self-exclusion is strictly prohibited.
dk777 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of account access and withholding of withdrawal processing pending verification.
4.1 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to maintain exactly one Account with dk777. Registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. dk777 uses technical measures and human review to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be closed and all Balances may be voided.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of your Account information at all times. Any change in your personal details — including change of mobile number or residential address — must be reported to dk777 promptly by contacting support.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. dk777 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify dk777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access.
4.4 KYC Verification. dk777 operates a mandatory KYC process in compliance with its international gaming license requirements. Players are required to submit front and back photographs of a valid Pakistani CNIC and a recent selfie. Withdrawal of funds is conditional on successful completion of KYC. dk777 may request additional documentation at its discretion for enhanced due diligence purposes.
Registration requires a valid Pakistani mobile number in +92 format. An SMS OTP confirms ownership. Numbers from Jazz, Telenor, Ufone, Zong, and Warid are all accepted.
A valid Pakistani CNIC is the primary identity document for dk777 KYC. Expired CNICs are not accepted. Processing typically completes within 24 hours of submission.
4.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting dk777 support. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method following satisfactory identity confirmation, subject to any applicable processing timelines and compliance checks. Bonus Funds not yet converted to real-money Balance will be voided upon account closure.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. dk777 accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your verified account status, location, and applicable processing conditions.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay) and may differ for bank transfer and cryptocurrency methods. Current minimum deposit thresholds are displayed on the Deposit page within your Account Dashboard and may be updated by dk777 at any time.
5.3 Own Funds Only. You warrant that all funds deposited into your dk777 Account are your own legally obtained personal funds. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties into your Account, is strictly prohibited.
5.4 Processing Times. JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and SadaPay deposits are typically credited to your Account Balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits typically credit within 5–30 minutes during standard Pakistani banking hours, and may take longer on weekends or public holidays. USDT TRC20 deposits credit upon the required number of blockchain confirmations, typically within 10–30 minutes.
5.5 Failed Deposits. If a deposit is deducted from your payment source but does not appear in your dk777 Balance within the standard processing timeframe, please contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference. dk777 will investigate and credit confirmed deposits within 24 hours of receipt of the relevant proof of payment.
dk777 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (bank or mobile wallet) may apply its own transaction fees independently. dk777 has no control over and accepts no liability for fees applied by third-party payment processors.
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available exclusively to Players who have successfully completed dk777's KYC verification process. Unverified accounts may deposit and play, but withdrawal requests will be held pending KYC completion. dk777 strongly advises Players to complete KYC immediately upon registration to avoid delays when withdrawing winnings.
6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible, as a fraud prevention measure. Where the same method is unavailable, alternative arrangements may be made at dk777's discretion following additional verification.
6.3 Processing Times. Standard withdrawal processing targets are: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — within 15 minutes for verified accounts; HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank — same business day for requests received before 5:00 PM PKT; SadaPay — within 30 minutes. These are target processing times and not guaranteed service levels. Processing may take longer during periods of high volume or due to compliance review requirements.
6.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 200. Maximum single-withdrawal and daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account Dashboard. 6.5 Verification Holds. dk777 reserves the right to hold any withdrawal request for up to 72 hours for routine compliance and AML review. Important: Winnings accumulated using Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the Bonus Funds portion being voided.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by dk777 are subject to these general bonus terms and any additional conditions specified in the specific promotion's terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements") that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms. Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirement completion — for example, live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate than slots. Players should review the contribution table applicable to each bonus before accepting.
7.3 One Bonus Per Household. Promotions are limited to one per household, one per IP address, one per CNIC number, and one per payment method. Attempting to claim multiple instances of the same promotion using different accounts or identities constitutes bonus abuse.
7.4 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, the maximum bet per round or per bet placement is restricted as specified in the applicable bonus terms. Exceeding the maximum bet restriction during bonus play may result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
7.5 Expiry. All Bonus Funds carry an expiry period, after which unused Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will be voided without notice. The applicable expiry period is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
7.6 Right to Cancel. dk777 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including removing a Player's eligibility for a specific promotion where there is evidence of bonus abuse or breach of these Terms. Where a promotion is cancelled for reasons other than Player breach, any Bonus Funds already credited will be honoured subject to their standard terms.
8.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on dk777 are subject to the specific Sportsbook Rules applicable to each sport and market, which are accessible within the Sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of any ambiguity, dk777's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final and binding.
8.2 Void Bets. dk777 reserves the right to declare any bet void in circumstances including but not limited to: the relevant event being abandoned or postponed; the bet being placed on an incorrectly priced market due to a manifest error; evidence that the bet was placed using information not available to the general public at the time of placement.
8.3 Casino and Live Casino. All casino games are governed by their individual in-game rules, displayed within each game's interface. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all games are available on request from support. Live casino games use physical equipment in licensed studios and are governed by both the in-game rules and the standards of the relevant live game provider.
8.4 Manifest Errors. dk777 is not liable to pay out winnings resulting from an obvious error in odds, game settings, or promotional terms. Where a manifest error is identified, dk777 reserves the right to void affected bets and transactions, irrespective of whether they have already been settled.
8.5 Technical Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or bet placement, dk777 will endeavour to restore the game or bet to its state immediately prior to the malfunction. Where this is not technically possible, dk777 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Balance.
9.1 Prohibited Activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dk777 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
Breach consequences: Detection of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all Balance and Bonus Funds, permanent account closure, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities. dk777's determination of prohibited conduct is made in good faith using available evidence and is final pending formal dispute resolution.
10.1 All content on the dk777 Platform — including but not limited to the dk777 brand name and logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, icons, and audiovisual elements — is the intellectual property of dk777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
10.3 Any unauthorised use of dk777's intellectual property — including reproducing the Platform interface, scraping odds data, or reverse-engineering game software — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
11.1 dk777's collection, processing, and retention of your personal data is governed by the dk777 Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the dk777 Privacy Policy.
11.2 dk777 collects personal data — including your name, Pakistani mobile number, CNIC details, and payment information — for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and where you have provided consent, promotional communications.
11.3 dk777 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with KYC verification service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or by the conditions of dk777's gaming license.
11.4 You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by dk777, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Requests should be directed to [email protected].

13.2 dk777 shall not be liable to any Player for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) any loss of data or corruption of data; (c) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss; or (d) any loss arising from a Player's decision to participate in gaming activities on the Platform, regardless of whether dk777 was advised of the possibility of such losses.
13.3 dk777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude dk777's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by dk777's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14.1 dk777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably determines that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.
14.2 Upon termination for Player breach, dk777 may, at its discretion, withhold all or part of the Account Balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that a breach did not occur, the withheld Balance will be returned. Where a breach is confirmed, the withheld funds may be forfeited.
14.3 dk777 may also suspend or terminate Accounts for regulatory, compliance, or licensing reasons outside its direct control. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to provide advance notice and to return Player Balances in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
15.1 These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from or in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dk777 holds its gaming license.
15.2 Informal Resolution. dk777 encourages Players to attempt informal resolution of any dispute before initiating formal proceedings. 15.4 Nothing in this clause prevents any party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where immediate action is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
